Jerry Traylor's "real
world" message
HEALTH & WELLNESS

These crutches are not a sign of a disability!  If I didn't have crutches, I would be disabled, I  would not go forward. With these crutches I have covered a mile in just over 9 minutes, have climbed to the top of 14,110 foot Pikes Peak, and have run 3528 miles across America.

In order to perform at our optimum level it is essential that we make it a priority to take care of our physical and mental well-being.

Jerry Traylor teaches the importance of a healthy diet and exercise program. A body that is in tune is better able to meet the challenges placed on it in an ever-changing work environment. If we are physically fit we will be able to give the effort necessary to meet the demands of our clients.

It is important to focus not only on our physical conditioning but also on the mental, emotional, intellectual and spiritual aspects of our health. Jerry has embraced a holistic approach to reach his full potential.

. "Everyone has a

dream, though

many don't believe

it can be realized.

You owe it to

yourself to pursue

your dreams."

An Inspiring Message for Corporate and Professional Meetings
"One of the most beautiful aspects of sport is the examples it can give us of courageous athletes overcoming all obstacles. The way Jerry's met and mastered tremendous challenges is an inspiration not just to athletes, but to all of us."
